A fundamental part of our philosophy at Longcliffe is the provision of exceptional levels of care. Our staff are committed in achieving this by providing the highest level of care possible at all times and take great pride in their work and in supporting and caring for all of our residents.

We ensure that sufficient time is allocated throughout the day for our carers to spend time with residents, wherever that involves assisting in a client pursuing their interests or simply keeping them company, and having a chat!

All staff are experienced and fully trained and therefore able to provide person centred care both physically and emotionally while at the same time, gently encouraging each person to maintain a level of independence and choice.

Residents also have provision of in-house visits from GP’s, District Nurses, Opticians and dentists as required.
